Our mission is to protect the coastline of the Outer Hebrides. Our vision is to end coastal pollution around our islands.

We will do this by working on issues related to natural resources, tourism, and facilitating community-led activities. As well as beach cleans, we educate, inform and inspire; and campaign about environmental issues here.

Our priorities are:

 

• Beach Cleans – to organise beach cleans and have active participation right across the outer Hebrides.

• Educate, inform and inspire

  • Ambassadors giving educational talks in schools, sports clubs, groups eg scouts etc.

  • Community outreach – engaging all the community groups / community associations / community councils around the islands, supporting their clean up efforts and co-ordinating responses to wider environmental issues.
